For your weight loss nutrition plan to work really well, it's a good idea to wait at least an hour after you eat before exercising. You shouldn't start your weight loss DVD exercise routines on a full stomach. Time your weight loss meal plan at least an hour ahead of workouts, (three hours is ideal) so that the blood you need going to your lungs, heart and muscles isn't all heading to your stomach for digestion. You want your weight loss program to bring results by feeding your body well, and exercising well, and those don't happen simultaneously.
Also, straying from your weight loss nutrition plan shouldn't be a reason to mentally beat yourself up. A good set of weight loss DVDs will allow for the occasional treat or slip up. Any weight loss meal plan that punishes you for doing this isn't worth your time or money. Weight loss programs that are too restrictive and don't allow for being human are a recipe for failure.
Deviating from your weight loss nutrition plan, then feeling down about it, only discourages you from continuing the program.
